Liked: I stayed there second time and again I was very happy with my choice. Nice, new, and clean hotel and friendly staff. My room was upgraded and I found two welcome plates with fresh fruits and snacks in my room. I like this hotel. This time I was able to enjoy the hotel spa. As well, there is wonderful breakfast with a large choice of warm and cold food. The location is excellent. It's close to Taksim square, busy streets, subway, and airport's bus stops. Everything is nearby. I definitely recommend this place.

“Nice people but poor service and cleaning”

We found the coffee cups not properly cleaned on most of our stay, bathroom and toilet not cleaned daily, bed sheets not changed even when asked for on multiple occasions. They changed bathrobe (which usually is never done during a stay) so we lost our belongings we left in their pockets, but they forgot to replace towels. One morning we were woken up by a housekeeper cleaning the room next door and playing very loud music. People were nice, but seem very unprofessional.
