The staff are not helpful. The smell of the room is terrible. No elevator for higher rooms.

Super bastos ng staff nila.. Namamahiya ng co worker sa harap ng customer.. pinag antay kami almost 3hours wala palang room dapat di inaccept dito sa agoda o kinonfirm.. 7pm-10pm wala kami room nilipat kami sa kabilang branch sana un palang unang ginawa nila hindi yung pinagintay pa kami.. about sa room mabaho, madumi, sira sira ang pinto ang sipa lang mapapasok ka nagleleak ang aircon makikita nyo sa picture may mga video din kami

Upon checking in, the staff informed me that my booking had been transferred to a different branch, even though I never received any email or notification from Agoda regarding this change. I refused the transfer because I specifically chose this location for a reason. It was very disappointing that the decision was made without any consideration, empathy, or proper explanation. The staff simply told me, “Ma’am, punta na lang po kayo sa *** kasi na-transfer kayo ni Agoda.” The lack of communication and customer service was frustrating. I expected the staff to at least show some understanding of the inconvenience caused, but instead, they seemed indifferent to the situation. Very disappointing experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the water pressure was excellent, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. The hotel was also very quiet, which allowed me to get a really good night's sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I booked 1 night and I travelled more than 20km to go there. When I arrived, I was informed that my book was cancelled. They just told me to contact customer service and it looks like they don’t care nor have the urgency to help me.

Room provided is significantly different from the room advertised on the Agoda listing.
