“1000% NOT RECOMMENDED!”
NEVER AGAIN — THE ROOM WAS 1000% DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I BOOKED. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, EVEN THE SHEETS LOOKED LIKE THEY HADN’T BEEN CHANGED IN 1,000 YEARS. THE BATHROOM WAS NEVER scrubbed, THE AC WASN’T COOL, THERE WERE NO WINDOWS, THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY. THE TOWELS FELT LIKE DOORMATS. EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE! I CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY.

“Bad assessment”
Terrible — the facilities were nothing like the description, and the place wasn’t clean. The AC didn’t cool, parking has extortion, and overall I do not recommend it. I checked out early because I couldn’t stand it. Really not recommended. Please, hotel owner, inspect this place — it’s a rundown hotel and not welcoming at all.

“There are many animals in the swamp.”
Not like the photos, very dirty and damp, the AC wasn't cold, lots of bugs that made me itchy. We moved rooms three times but the facilities were the same and still uncomfortable. When I went home my whole body was covered in bumps from the mattress and from the room — so many insects, itchy. After moving rooms three times the AC was still not cold, same problem... the TVs couldn't be used, broken in every room.

“Affordable, cheerful, friendly”
Comfortable, close to the city center, near the station and market, lots of food options especially from late afternoon to night. The receptionist was friendly. The AC was good, cool enough. Room rates are cheap. Thank you.

“very crazy”
Oh God, this honest review is really terrible — the room smelled, the towels smelled, the AC wasn’t cold, and the balcony was covered in dust. Horrible.

“"The dirty room and many animals"”
1. THE ROOM DIDN'T MATCH THE PHOTOS 2. The bed was dirty, which made my skin itchy and red. This room shouldn't be called a hotel—it's more like a pigsty because it was really that dirty. Under the bed there was a lot of trash. If you were hoping to rest, this place is not suitable because you definitely won't be able to relax.

For the view, honestly it was really nice, very good. But the room itself was not good at all. It was located downstairs and the lighting was extremely poor; even on the second floor it was very dark even though there appeared to be rooms. The room was relatively clean, but we had to change rooms twice and eventually decided to upgrade and pay extra to get a room in the villa upstairs, because the villa downstairs had a toilet that wouldn't flush, no shower, no faucet, and even no running water. The air was very damp and it felt creepy because of the minimal lighting, and when we arrived there was no staff on site watching over it. The guy at reception was also not very helpful; when we complained he just said, "that's just how it is," instead of trying to find us a suitable room — he immediately told us to upgrade. Even after we upgraded and paid more, the room still wasn't good: the toilet still wouldn't flush, there was no shower, and the water pressure was low. In my opinion, for that price, getting facilities like this is unacceptable. Just some feedback for the hotel and the staff. Thank you.
