Regalia Gold Hotel

The staff were very rude. I asked to change my reservation dates and to extend my stay, but they kept passing responsibility and I didn’t get any proper help. At checkout they claimed that towels and hand sanitizer left in the room were missing, and even after checking they didn’t apologize. The facilities were fine, but the staff’s service was extremely disappointing. I won’t return. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I was so annoyed I had to.

I stayed for three nights starting October 23 and had a truly enjoyable trip. Regalia Gold Hotel has a great location and the facilities were excellent for the price. It would be nice to have a city map and a detailed hotel information map. Overall, everything was wonderful. I’ll come back next time. Thank you.

Good value for money — I'm satisfied with the price. The breakfast is just okay, but the room rate including breakfast is excellent. It's in the city center so there's some noise, but it's convenient for enjoying the beach and other amenities. The rooftop pool has a lovely night view.

The value for the price was high and the convenient location made it a pleasant place to stay overall. The accommodation was kept clean and hygienic, making it comfortable, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The amenities and facilities were well provided, so there was nothing in particular to complain about and I was satisfied with my stay.

My family of five stayed at Regalia Gold Hotel for two nights. Everything was great. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. We will come back on our next trip.

First of all, the location is great — good for exploring the city, and since it’s a tall building it’s nice to use the rooftop bar. However, the room condition was a mess. When we checked in there were clumps of hair in various corners… I don’t know if it was cleaned at all. The bathroom leaks—when you shower water pours out from the door and floods the toilet area. Breakfast was just so-so. If I go to Nha Trang again I’ll probably stay at a different hotel.

Aside from the hotel’s convenient access to the city, I can’t really say anything else was great — I wouldn’t rate it five stars. It felt like there were a lot of group travelers even if I wasn’t one, and it gave the impression that it’s fine even if solo travelers don’t come. I stayed somewhere else for the two nights before booking this place, and the difference was huge. People say not to compare, but you really can. I kept thinking I should have stayed at the hotel for all four nights.

I stayed at Regalia Gold Hotel for three nights. The location is really great. However, with two kids, it was too hot to walk and there were frequent squalls, so we had to take a taxi wherever we went. Still, the location made it very easy to get Grab rides and destinations were short drives, so I was very satisfied. The view from the 40th floor was truly spectacular. I will definitely stay at Regalia Gold Hotel again next time.
