Everything was ok especially staff.The only thing that is not ok was food in exclusive lounge.

What makes Regent Beijing truly exceptional is not simply its beautiful surroundings or luxurious facilities, but the extraordinary people behind the experience. My wife and I had a wonderful seven-night stay at Regent Beijing. What made our experience truly special was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. From the front desk team to the concierge and hotel telephone operators, everyone we interacted with was welcoming, courteous and eager to assist. We greatly appreciated their patience, attentiveness and willingness to help with our enquiries and requests. Their caring service made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit to Beijing so memorable. The people are the heart of this hotel, and they left us with a wonderful impression. We would happily return and highly recommend Regent Beijing to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. Five stars and our sincere appreciation!

Liked: The room was very nice and comfortable. The facilities are great - especially the swimming pool. The hotel has excellent dining options and the breakfast is good.

Disliked: Airport pickup advertised as included in the price, but this was refused because i booked esrly. No shaving kit in bathroom
