This is my first time to hongkong.And I also have great time there.Never been better than the everywhere i went

I was worried that the room might be small, but the space was efficiently designed and above all, the panoramic view window was amazing, so I was extremely satisfied. The location is the best as it is closest to the river compared to the Rosewood Peninsula and close to the center, so the view alone is top-notch. The room condition was good, and the hotel was conveniently located right in front of Tsim Sha Tsui Station, with underground access from exit J2, making the location really satisfying. The staff were very friendly, and it was great for evening walks as it is right in front of the Star's Avenue. I would definitely visit again, 200%!

必須大力誇獎酒店！這筆錢花得太值了！ 第一，整潔度滿分。 房間打掃得一塵不染，整理得非常到位，床鋪乾淨舒適，完全不用擔心衛生問題。而且超級貼心的是，床頭直接放了杯子和水，睡前想喝水隨手就有，這種小細節真的太加分了！ 第二，備品誠意十足。 竟然還贈送了眼膜，睡前敷一下超放鬆，這種寵客程度完全超出預期，真的有被照顧到的感覺！ 第三，服務態度滿分，安全感爆棚。 前台人員從頭到尾都面帶微笑，有求必應，態度超親切。我們入住期間遇到一點小插曲——早上六點多有其他住客敲錯門，當下有點嚇到，但我馬上打電話給前台，電話秒接，他們立刻派人上來處理，迅速把對方勸離，確保我們的安全。事後經理還特別過來跟我們道歉，態度非常好，讓人覺得很被重視。 第四，早餐好吃，環境舒適。 餐點品質很不錯，用餐環境也很棒，重點是每一位服務人員見到我們都是微笑打招呼，感覺真的很親切，完全沒有高級酒店那種高高在上的距離感。 第五，服務細心到讓人感動。 前台聽到我們要創口貼，還主動詢問需不需要請醫護人員來幫忙，這種細緻度真的很少見。所有我們提出的需求，他們都盡全力滿足，完全沒有被敷衍的感覺。 總之，這次入住體驗滿分，已經決定下次還要再來！錢花在這裡，才是真正的值得！

Liked: The Regent has the best harbour View in Hong Kong - magical! Our meal at Lai Ching Heen was a real treat with creative flair and experienced warm hospitality. Deserving of its 2 star Michelin rating.

Disliked: It is hard to criticise The Regent in Hong Kong. My only suggestion and its being picky, would be to make the mini bar offerings more accessible... lower the prices.

Liked: The location was good.

Disliked: Extremely disappointing!!! They did not give me the room type I had reserved. First they said I had reserved a room similar to what was in the photo and that I had only reserved a generic room! I could not believe what she said. I think Booking.com would have something to say about that. They offered me another room "like" the one I had reserved. Finally, the lady manager admitted that they did not have any free rooms like what I reserved. So I had to settle for a smaller room than the suite I had reserved. The club food was monotonous - the same food was repeated for some days. The time you can get alcoholic drinks in the club at no additional charge is between the hours of 17:30 and 19:30. Outside of those hours you must pay. Housekeeping was uneven - some were OK others only fair. All in all, a very disappointing experience. There are many good hotels in Hong Kong - you don't have to settle for this one.
