Liked: We loved the very friendly and helpful reception staff, who were always there to help us with anything we needed. The room was beautiful, with a partial view of both the sea and the mountains. The location was excellent, right next to the beach and close to many restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast bar staff were very unfriendly. Whenever we asked them to make coffee, they seemed annoyed and responded with dissatisfied looks and expressions. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was poor. The breakfast was also the same every day, with very little variety, and by the third day we no longer felt like going to breakfast.

“A great stay”
Liked: Room was spacious, staff were friendly and accommodating. It was clean, staff were polite, lovely balcony. Spa was great, we loved it
Disliked: The shower could do with a door as the water went everywhere when we showered.

Liked: Very nice rooms, very good spa, excellent breakfast. Underground parking with elevator up to the room (-:)
Disliked: Location is more beach oriented, but we came out of swimming season. A bit too far from old town, but driving there was no hustle for us.

“Exceptional”
Liked: Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious with a lovely sea view. The breakfast buffet didn’t offer a huge variety, but the food was tasty. The beach was clean.

“Otherwise everything else was very nice!”
Liked: Breakfast choices were very good!
Disliked: I was charged for dinner after I left and then I noticed that the charge was taken out of my account. It was upsetting to deal with this and I never received a notice of apology. Also, the elevator was inefficient. It was very slow and the door closed too soon which almost caused it to close on me.
