Relax Inn DMK

The room was cute, but the mattress sagged a bit. There was no water heater. There was a sewer smell and a gecko in the room. In the morning a garbage truck parked here at 6:00 and outside noise came into the room. The entrance is narrow and there is a 50 baht parking fee. Even though I had already informed them, I still received a message at 2:00 AM.

Arrived at the hotel — the housekeeper charged 50 baht per car per night for parking. They should really be providing that for guests. I booked a twin room, but the housekeeper said there were no twin beds and only offered a double.

There was no hot water heater. The room wasn't soundproof — you could hear people passing by and a lot of noise from outside. There’s nothing around the area; the nearest 7-Eleven is almost a 10-minute walk. I stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping during my stay. Towels weren't changed — I'm not sure if I was supposed to request it or not. Usually other hotels check with guests about this.

Suitable for someone who really wants to rest and mostly stay in the room, not go out much. The air-conditioning is cold. The accommodation is down a deep soi and you can hear cars driving all night. If you don't have a car it's hard to get in and out; you have to call a Grab whenever you go anywhere. It's far from 7-Eleven. The bottled water in the room was only a refilled bottle stored in the fridge — I didn't dare drink it.

Disliked: air con was too hot even on the coldest setting. 3 light bulbs were dead. bathroom was full of ants, there was an ashtray full of previous guests cigarettes, the bedsheets had hair on them.

Very bad — it doesn’t match the pictures. I was shocked when I arrived. It’s very far in, down a narrow, deep alley. There are no restaurants or shops nearby, just a very small convenience stall about 500 meters from the alley entrance. There was no bottled water — they only put water in a plastic flask and gave half a bottle. There was no hot water. I couldn’t sleep because motorcycle and car noise was very loud. They posted a lot of photos from unknown sources; in reality there were only 3–4 real photos. It’s difficult to go out. Very bad — my first and last time. I never recommended for stay here if you plan to tour Bangkok city as it's in outer area, very far from city life. As well as it's very interior. Even for a single cup of coffee you have to book taxi cab for it. It's only recommended if you have flight from DMK Airport and want to stay nearby for short time with condition that you have done breakfast lunch dinner at some where outside and just want to sleep. Staff didn't know English. It's a personal home convert in hotel for business. It's not even like homestay.

The location is terrible. The bed was broken. The nearest Seven Eleven restaurant is 500 meters away. It's not a suitable hotel for tourists.
