“Mistake after Mistake”

Double charged at check in, given the wrong room type, rooms not as they’re described, it’s an absolute maze to get to your room, 5-10 minute walk, three elevators with bags, staff occupying the guest elevators and leaving empty staff lifts everywhere, waiting for 10 minutes for a lift, dirty pillow covers, paid wifi. Honestly, there is barely anything positive to say here - horribly overpriced and horribly underdelivering. Avoid
