Disliked: This property is impressive however the rooms are old, very dated and we had a major issue with the rooms being extremely damp. There was a very bad smell - so bad that I had to request us to be moved. The new room was better but still did feel run down and had a slight smell. I think this hotel would have been superb 20 years ago. It’s a shame - it’s also overpriced for the actual quality of the room. The duvet was like sleeping under a piece of paper. I won’t be going back unfortunately. The staff were lovely! I must say that.
