“The receptionists are very kind.”
As the title says, the front desk staff were very kind. I had an urgent issue and needed to print something. There was, of course, a copier on site, but when I tried it the text garbled (it was a PDF). When I spoke to the front desk, I emailed the PDF to them and they printed it for me — and they did it for free. When I extended my stay they were flexible and kept me in the same room, which was perfect. Housekeeping cleaned the room nicely, but replenishment of items that ran out was lacking. Maybe other hotels have raised their prices too, but I was surprised at how expensive the parking was (lol).

Liked: Modern vibe, clean, shuttle service and it was close to the airport.
Disliked: Not the property but had a not so great experience with one of the workers (can’t remember his name) but looked like he had a crap day and took it with him to his job which was not great as front of staff. Something to consider.

Liked: The shuttle was a plus, The hotel staff and desk were Awesome. Hotel employee was great.
Disliked: My rooms air conditioner er was not working properly but the had the maintenance young man came right up and took care of it.

“The best experience”
I would like to share the wonderful experience my family and I had thanks to Sandra at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Sandra was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and suggested using the valet parking, which was absolutely amazing. After a long trip from Florida, having that taken care of felt like a huge weight off our shoulders. Since I am a member, Sandra was also able to help us check in a little earlier than expected. After such a long journey, being able to get into our room early was something my family and I truly appreciated. What stood out to me the most was the way Sandra treated us. Her kindness felt genuine, and she made us feel like family. That kind of hospitality stays with you and makes a real difference in a guest’s experience. Thank you so much, Sandra, for making us feel so welcome and taken care of. I honestly hope that every time we come back, we are lucky enough to see her at the front desk again. She was incredibly kind, and people like her are the reason guests want to return.
