Liked: All the staff were very friendly. I felt safe at the hotel and a good location. I was in walking distance to the events I attended.

“Nice place to stay”
Liked: This place is a hidden gem Great room clean, quiet and modern the staff was very nice and received a $25 dollar voucher for food or can add it to the cost of the room very impressed with this hotel
Disliked: Did not particularly enjoyed the food, but only tried one meal so can comment more on the restaurant But it is a very nice place for socializing, and the atmosphere was super chilled I would definitely stay here again

“Exceptional”
Liked: I liked that it had a lot of non egg options for breakfast. I was on the 20th floor and loved the view. I liked the fact that they stored the bags after checkout so that we could run around without our luggage for a few hours.
Disliked: It was expensive.

“Waste of our money and left with a break out due to the dirtiness of our room completed dusty and filthy floor”
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, location was really good and a lot of shops near by.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was not the cleanest the floor was filthy, the shelves were absolutely filthy and not to mention the toilet, the bedroom sheet covers on our pillow and duvet was not fresh felt as doe it hadn’t been changed from last customer, we had to request for new ones twice which was frustrating this also lead to a face break out on me and my sister. We felt as though we wasted our money as we didn’t receive what we paid for and remained uncomfortable during our whole visit.

“We had excellent service, a great room and good food. The staff was attentive and excellent.”
Liked: We really liked the hotel and the staff was exceptional. Our room was exceptional and the view wonderful.
Disliked: The hotel was in Harlem and at night we felt a little nervous coming into a deserted lobby to take the elevators to the hotel lobby on the 5th floor.

“Harlem stay”
Liked: Staff were most accommodating. Suffering badly from jetlag and they let us have the room from midday instead of having to wait until 4pm.

“Very good”
Liked: This hotel is very good. The location is great. The sècurity garde Mr Kendy is exceptionnel I will return to this hotel next time. I recommand it to everyone visiting New York
