“Worst experience”

First of all they sent us to a different building. These are basically PGs, also sold as hotel rooms. No car parking. The room we booked was nothing like the room they gave. I booked Deluxe Twin Room Type A (with Balcony). I have attached pics of what they gave.

“Worst experience”

I reached the location, but they said no rooms were available. They then directed me to another address, where again there were no rooms. After that, they sent me to a third location, about 2 km away. This isn't a hotel as expected—it's more like a hostel, and it doesn't even have AC.
