Liked: Hotel team was absolutely welcoming and well prepared for the Chicago Marathon event!!

Disliked: Location was decent could be more upgraded. Elevators were not always available.

Liked: Room was clean and service was good, hotel was quiet

Disliked: Room and really good service

Liked: Breakfast was good, great location, and options to cook

Disliked: It was expensive, and bunch of hidden fees staff didn't tell me about, they told me a late check out would cost me 150 so I agreed then found out later I was charged 227.88

Liked: The location, room size.

Disliked: Breakfast buffet needs some improvements. No omelet station, very limited food selections. Shower water pressure is very weak. Staff were not that friendly.

Liked: The room was spacious and has a kitchen. It was very close to attractions and restaurants.

Disliked: When we got there they downgraded the room I paid for the first night I booked a hotel room that was for a 1 bedroom because we had a kid with us so I paid the extra money to get that room but we didn’t receive that room, the guy only gave 50 in credits when I should of got refunded for the first night or at least a decrease in the price I paid, the room on the first night had all this stuff in the tub

Liked: Location is only the real value!

Disliked: The carpets in the room were very old, dirty and at places torn! We had to request at least 3 times on a day to get towels. In our 5 nights stay, the housekeeping was done only once. The staff is mostly apathetic and mostly ignores you.
