Liked: The pool was nice.

Disliked: The villa was dirty, little bugs on the counter and in the coffee machine, lots of noise from people upstairs, the bathroom light would not turn on sometimes and we didn’t have real pillows to sleep on until I asked staff to change the bed linens.

Liked: Location was pretty, parking was convenient, gated

Disliked: Toilet paper was 1/4 roll, shower soap and shampoo almost empty. Sponge for dishes was dirty, bugs on counter and floor.

Liked: Clean and convenient location

Disliked: Everything was good for us.

Liked: I love the vibes here. Big and spacious house we got. Everything is perfect.

Liked: I just spent three unforgettable days in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, staying in a private cottage on the hotel’s serene grounds. Surrounded by pure nature, with native birds and wildlife, the cottage was a cozy one-bedroom retreat with a single bed. The staff was warm and attentive, and just a short walk away, I found a stunning natural waterfall. It was a perfect escape, immersed in beauty and tranquility.

Liked: security gate for car with code. front door with code.

Disliked: power kept cutting, and therefore wifi would cut out. but that was a regional problem.

Liked: Great value and good layout for our family of 5. We enjoyed the pool.

Disliked: Could have used more basic dishes - like a serving bowl and breakfast bowls. Also, I didn’t like that our deck had 2 cars parked up against it making it an unpleasant place to sit,

Liked: It is a lovely little alcove of homes right outside of the city, so you don’t get any of the street noise. I felt safe there & the pool is nice.

Disliked: I know it is located in a rainforest, but the sheets smelled of mildew, the shower water was lukewarm at its hottest, and there was mold growing on the walls beside the bunk bed where my daughter slept. There was a thick layer of dust on all the beds. This property needs a deep cleaning!
