Liked: Very clean and a short taxi away from Tottenham stadium.

Disliked: On arrival I rang the number provided to find out how to get in and the operator (assuming a management company) was very rude because i couldnt see an email he said hed sent me. The people in the downstairs room were locked in and a child lock had been activated without any of our knowledge so they couldnt get out. There was no mention of this feature in our documents and we were not told about it on check in. In the upstairs attic room there is a motion activated ceiling light on the stairs case. Unfortunately this activated every time I turned over in bed during the night so the room lit up whenever I moved in bed. I was tired so it wasn't too annoying but I can imagine this would be really bad if someone was still awake and moving around when the other person was sleeping. The doors were electronically password protected but our room password was the same as the main door so im not sure if all of the rooms had the same password which is obviously not very safe

Liked: I booked this hotel hoping to rest for a few hours mid‑travel, but the experience was downright atrocious. Despite paying the full accommodation fee upfront, I was refused check‑in unless I paid an extra £50 on the spot. Absolutely shameless behaviour. I ended up sleeping in my car while the hotel happily pocketed my money. The whole situation was disgusting, unprofessional, and borderline scam‑like. I’m now waiting for my full refund through Booking.com, and I’ll never go near this place again.

Liked: nothing. I had to leave.

Disliked: The room booked was not at the hotel. Was a walk away in a dirty room above a barber's that smelled of cannabis. I felt very unsafe so had to leave and find alternative accommodation. The property will not authorize booking.com to refund me. Booking.com will not repay me.

Disliked: The electronic key pad doors are in need of some repair. They caused problems for every person who arrived and left. Being on the ground floor we were interrupted several times by people knocking on the windows to get in. Someone knocked the child lock on at one point and no one could get out of the building at all. I was concerned that if there was a fire then this is very dangerous. No one showed us this on arrival and no staff are on site so not great. The property is in a housing estate cul de sac and there was rubbish on every corner walking in and out and the next door neighbours had rubbish piled high in their garden. It wasn’t pleasant.

Disliked: The room was absolutely horrible Was nothing like photo I pay 130 for one night and my room was absolutely horrible the shower is not working the bed was absolutely knackered nothing like photo and not clean.olso not a remote for TV
