Love the location. Just 50 m from Dam Square. Facilities were basic but very clean and fine for a bed for the night. Paul and all I thought it was good value

Great hotel and location but the bed was like a rock. That’s the only thing I’d change. I had back pain every night

Staff seems to be all South American, don't speak Dutch and not everyone understands English always correct. But DON't book here on a saturday, because staff holds a party inside the hotel starting about at 11PM and lasting all night. Some rooms will be better than others I am sure, but the cheap one I was in, I waas unable to sleap - even though there were airplugs in the room when I checked in! There was a Latin rhythm audible, but the screaming (or what they probably though it was singing) was what kept me from sleeping and ruined my entire event I had to attend on sunday. Servicing of the room could also be better. imo, it is better to get accomodation a little further from this area. Everything is very close and trams run til very late. Stay clear of this place.

Very old hotel with damp smell in the rooms. Heating pipes and water pipes going openly in the room, carpets have mould everywhere in restraunt and rooms. Just a good location, nothing else. Average breakfast. Unprofessional staff

Liked: Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi. Sabah kahvaltısında görevli personelin tamamı işini layıkıyla yapıyordu. Kahvaltı beklentimizden iyiydi. 3 kişilik odada kaldık, Amsterdam için epey büyük bir odaydı. Lokasyon tartışılmaz derecede güzel. Buzdolabı olması avantaj.

Disliked: Odalar eski. Tuvaletler çok kullanışsız. Tuvalete oturduğumuzda lavaboya sırtımızı çarpıyorduk. Klima yok ama yaz ayları dışında sıkıntı olacağını sanmıyorum. Asansörden indikten sonra odamıza 7-8 dik basamkla ancak gidebiliyorduk. Bavul taşıyan ve beli sakat olan biri için oldukça sıkıntılı.
