“Fine, but rooms could be nicer even though location was perfect. No coffee station in rooms sadly!”
Liked: Location is excellent!!! Rooms are okay...could be better.
Disliked: Coffee not provided in rooms.at all, and taking coffee from restnt to room.early.mornings became a fight. Weird way to treat guests.

“Good stay with minor issues in maintenance”
Liked: The staff and the location are great.
Disliked: The hotel had small issues with maintenance. For example, the sink was clogged in our room. Also, the balcony door has an old mechanism to close it. Therefore, in some circumstances, guests might be closed in the balcony.

“Excellent”
Liked: - lovely staff, who were happy to help and talk 👄 😀 - very clean room and good smelling bathroom products - Quick and easy room service - good breakfast - central location right in front of the beach
Disliked: Chairs and table on the balcony would be great to have, especially when you have a great view of the ocean The room was clean but it's showing some wear and tear but this is common by the sea, it didn't bother me too much..

“Great value and outstanding service”
Liked: 10/10 on everything that matters! Excellent breakfast, quiet surroundings, and not nearly overcrowded. The view from the partial sea-view room was astonishing! It even had a narrow but enjoyable balcony. Everyone at the reception was professional and kind. There were at least three lifts, and all of them were working perfectly. The shampoo and conditioner were surprisingly good. There were plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were spotless. I’ll definitely be back if I vacation in Barra da Tijuca again!
Disliked: Everything was excellent. The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow to empty.

“Very good”
Liked: The ones who checked me in were nice. I was in a rush and did not not the names down. There are two guys at the reception who printed a document for me also, great. Thanks to the personal.
Disliked: The beds are too small.

“It was terrible! This hotel should be rated as a BAD 3 star!”
Liked: Only the location!
Disliked: Almost everything! For the first time being a level 3 at booking, I do not agree this hotel can be ofered as 5 star hotel! It was the worst experience in a hotel in my life!
