I visit Nha Trang four times a year, and even though I have tried several accommodations, the Rigel Hotel is my favorite. It offers great value for money, and all the staff are friendly. In particular, the restaurant manager, Thiem, recognizes regular customers and provides the best service.

I just had a few days staying at Rigel Nha Trang and overall I was quite satisfied. The room was clean, moderately spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and quite helpful. The location is convenient, making it easy to get to dining and sightseeing areas. The breakfast buffet was quite good, the food was to my liking, and the pool was clean, which is a plus. Some details in the room are a bit old; if they were maintained and upgraded, it would be better. With the price, I find the quality quite reasonable and I will consider coming back.

gym is knackered and not many handles or grips for excercises ohh and like an oven!!!!!! air con too old doesn’t actually blow out cool air!!’ but breakfast here is exceptional compared to most hotels in that area, especially fruit choices, loads of asian choices shame not many western but at least had cereal!!! l say it’s exceptional not really for myself but anyone who can eat asian style meals at breakfast time ma

The staffs are excellent! The breakfast is excellent!

Great value

My family has chosen 2 nights at Rigel. Although it's rated 4 stars, it might have been rated that long ago; currently, I think it's about a 3-star place due to the slightly old interior. Everything else seems quite good to me. The price here is cheaper compared to the hotel's listed price. I highly appreciate the hotel’s dishes; although the variety is limited, each dish is very well-seasoned. Both the Southern and Northern members of my family find the food delicious. There is ample parking for cars. The staff is also very friendly and enthusiastic.
