“Gross rooms.”
Liked: The only positive about this place is that it is on the broadwalk.
Disliked: High ratings make zero sense. The pictures also appear to be better than the room actually is. The beds were uncomfortable, the ac did not work well, there are no locks on the windows so safety of self and property is a concern, the bathroom is tiny, the shower pressure was extremely low, water sprayed the ceiling when the shower head was adjusted, the fridge/freezer was frozen over, one bed was partially broken off the headboard and last but not least, there are cockroaches. So glad we did not stay more than one night.

“I have mixed emotions because I love the location however, the presentation was an as advertise with the sand in the roo”

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room I understand we were on the beach, but I didn’t think we had to walk-through sand in the room and in the shower, and then once we got ready to retire to the bed, it had leaves in it of all things between the sheets, as if the maid just pull the bed up and made it presentable, it appears as if she didn’t change the sheets just made the bed up

“Good Hotel on a budget”
Liked: The access the the beach was only matched to the other hotels we stayed in on the boardwalk. Also, due to being roomed away from the tiki bar, it was very quiet.
Disliked: We arrived late, so understandably we had no instruction from staff on room directions, cleaning protocol etc. However, upon registering the following day, we were given little to no instruction on the overflow parking lot, were not provided a room cleaning door hanger (or advised where it was located). The room was in OKAY condition, it did seem clean. However, the air conditioner's filter was packed with probably years of dust/debris, which did not allow it to properly cool/dehumidify the room. Also, the air conditioner vibrated extremely loud when the compressor kicked on. To which the only way I found to silence the noise was to turn it off. The bed was very comfortable, sheets, comforter, and pillows all seemed very clean. The bathroom was large. However, the water pressure was sub-adequate. For the price, its a good deal, as it is very difficult to find anything priced like this being directly on the beach/boardwalk. However, there are a lot of improvements that can be made.

“Great Location, just across from beach, simple, clean rooms, friendly staff.”
Liked: Great location just across the walkway to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tiki Bar right there in the courtyard. Room had a small kitchenette if you wanted to stay in and beach chairs for the beach.
Disliked: Decor was sparse, plain and simple, beds could have been a little more comfortable. Door latch was a little iffy and should be replaced.
