“Excellent hotel and location in central Chicago”
Liked: This is a great hotel, and in Chicago, a very good value for money. The location is perfect, right off Michigan Avenue, easy to walk everywhere - the Art Institute, Navy Pier, the River if you're taking a River or Lake cruise, and if the weather is good, all the way to the Shedd Aquarium. The breakfast was fabulous - something for everyone - my particular favorite was the Serrano ham, certainly something you don't find at every buffet breakfast. The breakfast room was always busy no matter what time we arrived but it ran very smoothly and they were very well organized. The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular. If I'm lucky enough to go to Chicago again next year, I will happily stay here.

“Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Zero complaints.”
Liked: Location was absolutely amazing. First time in Chicago and the hotel exceeded my expectations. My kids loved the rooftop restaurant and clear floor overlook.
Disliked: Breakfast was very plain. We completely understand having to please and feed the masses. Tons of options from fruit, pastries and hot breakfast items just lacked flavor.

“Great city, great hotel, great location. Loved it”
Liked: Breakfast was excellent especially the cornedbeef hash. Staff on reception where a bit meh. We turned up absolutely drenched from the rain storm and they didn't offer paper towel or anything. The bell boy was fabulous and he got us some towels. Hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooftop bar is amazing, views great, staff brilliant. They had excellent halloween items out too
Disliked: Can't fault anything really apart from the receptionist who checked us in, very uninterested. Majority of staff where great though, will definitely visit here again.

“Decent stay but very expensive for level of quality”
