Very convenience location, very closed to cafe and department store. The room is spacious and modern.

The walking accessibility was good, making it easy to move around. The hygiene of the accommodation was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and responsive, which allowed for a comfortable stay overall. The satisfaction relative to the price is high, making it a place worth considering again.

雖然位於台北車站附近，但是需要在地下街走一大段路才到達鄰近的出口，比較麻煩。房間整潔，員工有禮，很友善。可是枕頭非常軟，承托力不足，很難睡。

Location: 5 Stars Room: 2 Stars Facility: 3 Stars Staff: 3 Stars Great Location, near transportation facilities and bus lines. Room was small and no storage space just able to hang some of cloth on the wall hanger

Liked: Comfortable room with a soaking tub and a nice breakfast. Close to the airport metro line.

Disliked: The display on the mirror was always on and you couldn’t make it go dark.

Liked: Great location right next to the Taipei Main Station. This hotel has loads of extras expecially if you are travelling with kids - a snack bar, cute seating by a large screen that plays movies, a laundry room, a baby play area and a kids play area etc. We had a great stay

Disliked: Don't show your kids the pictures of the snack bar before you arrive! HAha! We made this mistake but unfortunately the actual snacks are totally different and they were so excited about the lollypops. LOl but it is actually a really great hotel. We didn't stay anywhere else in Taiwan to compare it too - we'd just spent a month travelling Vietnam and Cambodia so compared to those hotels it was pretty expensive... but probably pretty standard for Taiwan. Also we had gotten used to having amazing friendly staff in the places we stayed, and here they really seemed like they could not care less who was staying there, but again maybe that is pretty standard for a hotel in Taiwan? If you're looking for a clean, safe hotel that kids will like then this is great.

Location-wise, it is very accessible. A few steps from the building doorstep is the underground link to Taipei Main Station. I also loved that our room was upgraded and was given with such a big room (family room) which is the biggest on the floor, and with such a very nice view if Taipei 101 and Taipei Main Station. Staff are nice and very accommodating. In fact, I booked the airport pick-up the night before our flight and got a response from them right-away. Bonus points also is that the building/hotel is quite new so the facilities doesn’t look old. They have free bottled water at the hotel lobby, plus we enjoyed their Happy Hour with free drinks and food from 2-4pm. Breakfast is good though only a few options, but that’s okay. Hope that their breakfast would start earlier than 8am. It’s my third time in Taipei but my first-time staying near Taipei Main Station as I always stay in Ximending area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if ever I am going to visit again Taipei.
