Rochester Champs Elysees Hotel

Good

Great hotel for families! The staff were very supportive and welcoming, and the food was amazing. The buffet is open until 1:30 PM, so there’s no rush—you can really take your time and enjoy it. Highly recommended! ❤️

Excellent access to the airport and nearby shopping, pleasant views

الفندق قدبم والصاله صغيره والنظافة جيده وما فيه اي نشاط والسويت اخر دور وفيه درج من السابع اللي الثامن وداخل الغرفه السقف فيه نزول موقعه جيد ولايستحق القيمه

Wonderful stay in Rochester and Yulia the reception was excellent and friendly. Only comment was that the rooms above us seems to be dragging chairs and furnitures a lot even at night and that’s a little noisy. Other than that, everything else is good.

Only the housekeeping staff were kind.

My English is not very good, but the receptionist was very meticulous and patient. When I asked about the supermarket and Chinese restaurant, he not only repeated himself slowly in English multiple times, but also took me to the door and pointed out the route. Although I could only understand a few words, I still grasped the route thanks to his patience. I don't know his name, but I feel that the service here is excellent! The location is quite close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk to the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. For other attractions, it's a 2-3 kilometer taxi ride, and choosing their electric cars with Uber is also quite cost-effective. The taxi positioning is very accurate, and everything went smoothly!

I am very disappointed with the level of safety and trustworthiness at this hotel. After checking out and arriving at the next destination of our trip, my wife discovered that her Chanel sunglasses, worth approximately €450, were missing. What makes this even more upsetting is that whoever took them removed the sunglasses from their case but left the empty case behind, making it much harder to notice the theft immediately. This experience left us feeling extremely disappointed and violated. We trusted the hotel and its staff, but unfortunately this incident has completely changed our perception. Because of what happened, we have decided that we will not stay at this hotel again, nor can we recommend it to others. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously and improves its security and staff accountability so that no other guest has to go through the same experience.
