“Good”

The staff was great. But I feel because we booked at a lower rate. We got the worse room. We asked to be move they told us, no. The T.V. didn't work for 3 days. When it worked, There was no local service. The hot water kept dripping from the tub, floor always wet. The vanity sink was broken. The door was bruggy there was no curtains. Some kind of screen up was. The ceiling had like water blisters bubbles. The beds were awful very uncomfortable. There was bugs. Again, staff was great, not rude. But, they kept passing the issues we had to the maintain guy* that stood around doing nothing. Then, reception gal, then the manager, the owner. They finally promised to move us never did, we would ask everyday. My financial situation is not good right. Had no choice but to hang out here.

“Acceptable”

The t v would not work without shutting off ten minutes after it's on. The heater does not work.It was awful cold in here. Not a bar of soap to wash my hands properly. It said I was going to get two queen beds and I only came in thirty minutes past the check in time, i got only one queen bed.

“Much Better Than It Used To Be!!”

Liked: When I and my 5 year old grandson and his grandpa arrived it was late, I will say that Mary the night manager was extremely helpful in finding us a room, as they are remodeling the property due to new ownership so there were a lot of rooms very close to being completed or rent ready, however when we got settled in I realized there was no remote, so I went and got one, but when I got back to try the T.V. the picture did not work because the screen was broken and thats tough when you have a 5 year old and no T.V. and they never brought us a new one. Another issue was there wasn't a vanity light and only 2 small pillows for 2 double beds. What they have gotten done with the place is very nice, but other than Mary (she was great) the rest of the staff could brush up on their customer service skills. That completes my review.
