Rodeway Inn San Antonio Lackland AFB - SeaWorld

Liked: We have stayed 8 or 9 times. It has been a consistent, comfortable, and cordial service from the staff. The rooms are comfortable, cool, and clean. The location is near our son who we come to town to visit.

Disliked: It is a basic room, but meets our expectations.

Liked: Nothing the room was dirty couches had stains trash cans still full from the last guest

Disliked: Everything.

Liked: The hotel smelled great and was super clean. 👍

Disliked: The TV was a bit old-school, but it was a good-sized smart TV—honestly, that’s all you need. I would definitely stay at this hotel again; the staff provided tremendous service. That sums up my opinion.

Liked: Nothing. It was horrible

Disliked: The couch was disgusting, the sheets had blood on them, the towels were stained, the chair had old mold growing on it. There were dead bugs in the room when we walked in. The walls had old slim/mold on them. The phone was busted and the pillows smelt like sitting water. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in 38 years.

Liked: Decent price

Disliked: Water was too hot, I could hear the people next to me in the other room. The key card went out!!

Liked: Comfortable and the staff was courteous

Liked: It was nice to have a pool for the kiddos and it was clean and didnt smell like chlorine.

Disliked: It was 1030 pm, we had traveled for 13 hours. Check in was fine but when we got into our room it had cockroaches. They changed our room, we checked it and there was no bugs but there was still hair on the shower wall, the floors around the edges were disgusting and dusty. The pics online look NOTHING like we got.
