“It's fine for a budget accommodation.”
Apart from the damp, musty smell from what seemed like bedding that hadn't fully dried and a bit of a stale odor coming from the bathroom vent, the condition and location were good for the price. Hot water worked well.

“Terrible staff- but bang for your buck”
Check in is as bad as everyone says it is. Does not start 'til 3pm SHARP, even with a line of two dozen people. We couldn't get in until 4pm. Horrible start. But once we got in, we were surprised by the lack of noise, cleanliness and overall amenities. Just deal with the horrible staff, push through, and you will be rewarded. Great spot, clean rooms, and close to the subway.

“I am satisfied.”
At night there were groups of Black people hanging out on the road nearby, but if you move to the main street across from the hotel there are police so it’s okay. Above all, the staff are extremely friendly, the room was clean, the hot water worked well, and on the 2nd floor you can use water and a microwave in the M area. It's a great place for a very affordable price.
