“Excellent”
Liked: Everything; it was probably the very best place I've been in terms of money-value. Really fantastic. Eveleen, the owner, has her own spa/wellness center just inside the same building, and she is very helpful and eager to sort out every possible issue just in case.
Disliked: The only relatively small downside can be the location - if you are travelling without a car like me - being a bit far from the centre, but even that did not constitute a problem in the end, since the place is very well served by the bus system, so in a matter of 20 m. you can reach it from practically every point of the city

“Very good”
Liked: It was very clean and it was nice that we had 2 separate rooms - bedroom and living room. Also, having the terrace was great.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay had quite a few issues that made the experience less comfortable than expected. * There were no hooks or convenient places to hang towels. * The apartment doors were very difficult to unlock, and there were no clear instructions on how to use the locks. * The plastic cups provided for coffee were very poor quality (photo added) * Although there was a fridge, there were no plates or knives, which made it difficult to eat or store/use food properly. * There was a light switch near the entrance, but no light that we could actually turn on. We arrived after dark, so it would have been helpful to know this in advance. * There was nowhere to place the shower head, and the bathroom floor was quite slippery, which was inconvenient and potentially unsafe. * The entrance area was particularly uncomfortable. There was a covered opening/staircase in the ground near the apartment, which seemed to belong to another part of the property (photo added) * More importantly, there was a corridor in front of our apartment, and the owners/other people appeared to have access through it while we were still sleeping. We could hear people opening doors and coming through the area, which made us feel uncomfortable and lacking privacy. Overall, the apartment had several basic amenities missing, and the lack of privacy and feeling of security was the biggest concern for us. Clearer instructions, better basic equipment and more attention to guests’ privacy would significantly improve the stay.

“Very very very disappointing. Not safe in summer, not good value for money.”
Liked: It was clean, modern, and a nice room with adjoining bathroom.
Disliked: I didn’t realise the check in was at 5 pm when I made the booking. Very late in the day. When I arrived the heat in the room was unbearable. I presumed for the money I paid there was air conditioning and a tv - I didn’t check the facilities before I made the booking..i have stayed in room with fans before and no air conditioning but NOTHING like this. All the heat from the building trapped in the attic room and it was dangerously hot. I sweated all the time I was there, the sweat was coming out of my forearms - a sign your body is overheating. The fans did nothing but push the hot air around the room. I had to sleep on the balcony for a few hours Foch was slightly cooler, then leave. My phone app recorded 29° in the room at 11 am.

“Acceptable”
Disliked: We were not informed in any way that this item was chargeable, and it was not clearly indicated anywhere. If we had known this beforehand, we would never have used it. There was a single under-eye patch included in what appeared to be a “wellness kit.” At no point was it explained that this eye patch (for under-eye bags) was not complimentary. When we first arrived, there was absolutely no indication that it required payment. Only the following day, after we had already used it, we received a message informing us that it was chargeable and that we needed to pay €20. This is not acceptable, as the information was provided only after the product had been used. Placing a small QR code next to an item is not a clear or sufficient way to communicate that something is paid. A reasonable guest would assume such an item is complimentary, especially when presented as part of a wellness kit. This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. For this reason, we refused to pay the €20 requested. For future guests: please be careful and do not use these items unless you receive clear and explicit confirmation that they are free of charge. Otherwise, you may be unexpectedly asked to pay afterwards
