Rosemay Hotel

I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Rosemay from the warm and courteous reception, the very friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. I will definitely recommend Rosemay to colleagues and friends and choose it again given its location and proximity to other major commercial centres. Best wishes.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and checkout process, lovely little hotel, very colorful, good breakfast.

Liked: It was very accessible by public transport. The staff were very helpful. The room had a safe.

Disliked: The pillow on the bed was rock hard No iron Interesting neighborhood.

Liked: The room matched the photos online. It was a quiet location.

Disliked: It’s a grim neighbourhood. The staff were almost comically uninterested in the hotel or the guests. They must all have private incomes.

Liked: I liked how accessible bus services were same with shops and train services, the staff were so helpful and kind despite the hours they were working at. It didn’t matter who was in they were all kind, the bed was big enough for me and my partner

Disliked: The mould in the bathroom of each room we saw, the bed bugs causing me to find new bite marks every single night all across my body, the bed sheets were not changed nor were the pillow cases

Liked: Staff was good and the location is very peaceful

Disliked: Cleaning is not that good.Pillows were smelly and were not clean

Liked: based on reviews I expected it to be nicer than it was. The staff was nice but had no information (just hired?) and said the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast. when we checked out breakfast was served but we had already decided to eat at the airport. I thougt it was much closer to restaurants than it was.

Disliked: It seems not to be very well maintained.
