The hotel in general is very good. The staff are kind and helpful. The management people and reception are cooperative and helpful.

“Above average”

There is no tissue in the washroom. There was a small fridge, but it didn't work; nor was there a kettle for hot water. There wasn't even any soap or similar items in the washroom for washing hands.

“Terrible and not as they advertised!”

This hotel is advertised as newly built but it couldn't be far from the truth. It actually could do with renovating. The photos of the rooms are misleading and deceptive and the actual rooms are nothing like the photos on Agoda. They made me wait 1 hour because the room wasn't ready and had to be "cleaned". When I saw the toilet and shower area my heart sank. (It's not usable.) This hotel is a waste of money and from personal experience you can find better hotels on Agoda in Istanbul for the same price as this hotel or if you pay bit more. AVOID!

The experience was reasonably good, and the hotel is well-located near major tourist attractions. I would simply encourage them to pay more attention to cleanliness.
