Liked: Near to Masjid Nabwi and clean Room. Easily findable on maps.
Disliked: Parking floor Ramp is not good for big cars tight turns and too much dangerous for touching the side walls while turning.

Liked: The reception staff, Zihad, and all the bellboys, including Delwar, are very friendly, kind, and helpful. Their hospitality and excellent service made the stay more pleasant. However, the room was quite small, which could be improved. Overall, the staff were wonderful and provided great service.
