Liked: The lobby was nice

Disliked: I didn’t like having a mouse run around in my room feeling it might crawl into my bed so I stayed up from 2am.in the morning until 6;00 I was afraid the mouse was going to come into the bathroom because the bathroom door was broke it didn’t close all the way.The phone in room 305 didn’t work, I explained to the attendant at the front desk that there is a mouse in my room hide the closet but he said no one else has complained about having a mouse in their room.

Liked: Receptionist was rude and spoke poor English. The room for the door was dirty and had stains. They also refused to give us a two-bedroom room (as we had reserved). The hotel mattress and bed sheets had stains. Was overall a horrible experience.

Disliked: It was all horrible. Once we arrived to check in, the cops had just arrived and were taking a hotel guest out. She even admitted she could not understand the hotel receptionist.

Liked: Decent if you only need a place to sleep

Disliked: Walls are very thin, doors shut very loud waking you up from sleep.

all i can say is you get what you pay for

Liked: I love the security camera, comfortable bed/clean room, and the closet had hangers for my clothes.

Disliked: I requested an extra blanket and my request was not met. I requested a chair as well. All women need a chair to sit on to do their make-up in the morning.

Disliked: The blanket was thin and had burn hole from smoking. The curtain was torn and mess up. They only had 2 pillows i guess one per guest. Only one wash cloth in the bathroom with a very tiny bar of soap. The WiFi kept pausing on the tv. I paid online for late check out and began receiving phone calls by 11:30 and knocking on my room door by 12 from staff standing in the hall with cleaning ladies telling me my stay been over when i paid to stay til 1. It could’ve been more comfortable and accommodating considering i paid nearly $200 for less than 24hours. I will not stay here again
