“No wifi”

There’s no Wi-Fi, and even mobile data is very slow. I complained to the staff, and they said they would reset it, but I still have no internet access.

A very good place to stay and just a walking distance from Cebu IT Park. Good facility, nice staff and a very clean room.

“Not best location but good value”

No restaurants or convenience stores nearby, no laundry nearby. But, rooms are comfortable, staff is great and one of the few hotels where hot water is actually hot, to where it doesn't require being on the max setting and just being warm or slightly more than warm. I have stayed here multiple times.

“The room is spacious, bright, and clean.”

I traveled around a few islands in the Philippines and stayed at five hotels with roughly the same accommodation price, but this was the only hotel where I didn't encounter any G (cockroaches) in the room. The staff were also polite and friendly. At check-in, a deposit of 1,000 pesos was required, but since it was right before my return, I expressed my concern that getting back 1,000 pesos before heading to the airport would be inconvenient. They kindly offered to let me leave a deposit of 3,000 yen instead. Of course, the 3,000 yen was returned to me as is at checkout. I appreciate their flexible response.
