Great budget hotel in a good location. Rooms clean and beds comfortable.. staff friendly. Everything you would want in London at a reasonable price. Not fancy but you dont pay for that. Air con is needed though but reflected in price I guess. If out and about in London you not in your room except to sleep and shower and it provides that well

This hotel was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. It was also very close to a metro station. The staff was very accommodating when we complained about noisy teenage neighbors. They immediately moved us to an upgraded room at no additional charge. I would definitely stay there again.

Since the flight arrived early in the morning, I went to the front desk on the check-in day to drop off my luggage. I was really grateful that they showed me to my room by a little after 8 AM since it was available. The location is at LHR, which takes about an hour on the Piccadilly Line, but it's also close to King's Cross Station, making it convenient for sightseeing. There were few hangers and I was surprised that they were not movable, but there was a safe available. There was also a water dispenser in the hotel lobby, so I had no issues. I would definitely like to stay again. The staff was friendly and I felt at ease!

Ideal location but price a bit too high

I stayed for two nights at the end of September. The front staff and housekeepers were very accommodating. They took care of my luggage before check-in. The building is old, but I thought it was properly cleaned. Towels can be exchanged every day if requested. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely hot. There was no refrigerator, so I couldn't have a cold drink, and it was uncomfortable to sleep. The fact that I could open the window a little was a relief. The location is close to the subway station, and the British Museum and University College London are just a short walk away, which was great. I was able to thoroughly explore the British Museum every day. There are also restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, and during my stay, there was a lunch market at a nearby park where I had a delicious brunch. I would like to stay again in a pleasant season.
