Bilik okay selesa cuma aircond lambat sejuk dan agak usang. Hair dryer rosak tapi everything okay dan staff di sini friendly dan senang berurusan
The overall stay experience was good, with stable performance in terms of cost-effectiveness, location, cleanliness, staff service, and facilities. The location is quite convenient, the rooms and public areas are kept tidy, the staff are friendly, and the basic facilities meet daily needs. There are no particularly outstanding surprises in any aspect, but the overall experience is balanced and reliable, making it suitable for guests who value convenience, cleanliness, and a comprehensive experience.
Liked: Lokasi strategik. Bersih. Aircond sejuk. Tekanan air kuat. Tandas bersih. Makanan sedap masa breakfast.
Disliked: Tilam agak keras. Tiada pengering rambut.
was having a work trip here, and everything was great enough. just, maybe need to bring earplugs for better sleep cause the hotel is right next to the main road. but overall, it’s such a good stay for me ☺️ and i have to give applause to their receptionists! from the time i’ve checked in till checkout - they were very helpful and friendly (never forgetting the smiles!) 😃 keep up the good services! i’ll come again for sure
