RQ Bangkok Sukhumvit 107 by Collection O

Lots of local flavour.

It's inconvenient without a car. The interior of the building and the rooms feel like a ruin and are very scary. Sometimes the price is extremely low, but you need to be prepared for staying here. The air conditioner in our room was broken. However, the staff were conscientious and moved us to a room with a working AC. There is no refrigerator.

- The entrance to the property looks very scary; there are only overgrown grasses along the roadside. - The staff are Burmese and have a body odor that seems improper. - When I asked to see the room, there was a urine smell throughout the hallway. - Inside the room there was no security system and the door did not lock properly. I had to forfeit my reservation payment and urgently find another place.

The photos do not match the actual place. The room was poor, with broken items placed in the guest room — very bad. The springs in the bed are real and it felt like sleeping directly on the springs, like a mattress that’s no longer used covered with a sheet. Very poor.

If you're going as a family there are big rooms with divided zones. Next to the bed the mattress is sprung, so it can be uncomfortable and you might want to put something on it. Cleanliness is acceptable.

Don't miss booking — you'll regret the money. Agoda should check this and close bookings already. Please don’t book this hotel. It’s a ghost, nothing here. It’s very bad.

It seems like the hotel has stopped operating for a long time. It's old, looks like it's falling apart, and there’s no staff at the front desk.

Good place. 7 eleven near by. Quite far out but train is close enough for transport.
