Liked: Location. Can't comment on facilities etc as due to their incompetence I never got to stay there

Disliked: They never emailed me the promised PIN number so I couldn't get the key. I phoned their contact number while standing outside the property and was told that the room was no longer available! I pointed out that I'd already paid and was told to contact Booking.com and get a refund. Contacted Booking.com who passed the request to the property who ignored it, so currently over £100 out of pocket. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Liked: Dirty, no furniture, no carpet, shower doesn’t work, not even a chair or table or a fork in the place… it’s like someone has moved out of the place in a hurry and then stuck it on Booking.com…. When I complained they ignored my messages and phone calls and emails and just mugged me off. I saw a mouse or rat, the window doesn’t shut properly… it’s filthy… literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed lol and I’ve travelled lol

Liked: There was no light at the property and the landlord said he will refund if you i wanted to leave. I left and he didn’t even refund

Liked: Location was proximate to tube stations and easy transport to London attractions.

Disliked: Extremely disappointing experience. We booked accommodation for 3 people, including our 10-year-old child, but there was only one double bed provided. On arrival, the toilet was extremely dirty and contained human faeces, with no toilet paper. This accommodation failed to meet basic human needs. We immediately contacted the property manager, who promised that the issues would be sorted while we were out. Unfortunately, nothing was done. We had no alternative accommodation available at such short notice, so we had no choice but to stay. I eventually had to clean the toilet myself so that we could use it. My husband had to sleep on the dirty floor. The property also failed to provide the sleeping arrangements we had booked, and communication afterwards was very disappointing. Also property refused to refund us and claimed that all pictures has been taken after we used property! Despite booking tried to resolve this with property, they were having endless excuses and failed to answer messages and calls from us or booking. I would not recommend this accommodation and would not stay here again, safe yourself the troubles.

Liked: I like the place. I like the flat roof and the vibe on the street outside

Disliked: It’s dirty, the show didn’t work, in literally had to get in the power consumerist and flick switches until it worked. Dodgy af. The place hadn’t really been cleaned, the last guests dress was On the sofa and drinks on the flat roof, used soap in the sink, hairs and stuff in the bathroom… beg not made… mad! I messaged the owner on the app and the blanked me then I complained to Bookingz.con and suddenly they messaged me saying I could stand on a char and play with the trip switches if I needed a shower lol…

Liked: Decent place to sleep for the evening

Disliked: Lacked facilities but is great for just a place to sleep and have some actual privacy

Liked: Location was great, comfy bed, spacious, clear instructions on how too check in

Disliked: Would have been nice to have had a TV

Disliked: I was scammed. Beware! I booked and paid for a Standard Suite with “executive lounge”. The definition of a “standard suite” is more than one room. It was only one tiny, hot, dirty, hot room in a multiple occupancy accommodation with no working lock on the door, broken glass in the windows, no any lounge at all and shared dirty toilet. It had none of the things sold to me - No executive lounge, no parquet flooring, no bidet, no bath, NO TOWELS, no toilet paper, no kettle, no coffee and tea maker, no toiletries, no hairdryer, no iron, no ironing board. There was nothing that was promised in the listing. It was just a dirty, tiny, hot room with an old broken desk, a very dangerous broken glass window, dangerous electrics, the ceiling was held up with a price of timber with nails and screws sticking out. Every evening we came back, there was a group of dodgy men waiting outside the front door, the front door of the building didn’t shut properly and sometimes would be left open by other guests. It was terrifying because we had no working lock on our bedroom door, so our belongings were not safe when we were out and we were not safe when sleeping at night. On the second night 2 undercover police arrested some of the dodgy men who were waiting outside as we entered. We complained to Booking.com and the landlord as soon as we arrived that it wasn’t what I had been sold or booked and that it was dangerous. The Landlord did nothing and Booking.com did nothing, we were forced to stay in dangerous conditions in accommodation that was not the accommodation I had been sold. This listing is not what it claims - Beware!
