“Disappointed with the working methods and facilities.”

I booked a Deluxe room with one bed but when I checked in, the receptionist gave me a room with two small beds. After that, I went to speak with him and he changed it to a room with two large beds. Since it was late and I was tired, I didn't want to change it again. The bathroom ceiling dripped water constantly throughout the night. When I checked out, there was no one around, and when I called the hotline, nobody answered. I hope the management will reconsider their working methods.

“Excellent”

The hotel room did not smell good. The TV had a color leak on the screen, so I didn't watch it. Soundproofing was poor. Considering the price, it was reasonable. Next time I return to Ha Long, I will not stay at this hotel.

“Exceptional”

We stayed here for just one night, and it served its purpose well. It’s a solid option if you’re simply looking for a comfortable place to rest before heading out early the next day. We were on our way to Ha Long Bay for a multi-day cruise, so this was more of a quick stopover than a destination stay. For that purpose, it worked perfectly. The room had good air conditioning and hot water for the shower. Wifi was inconsistent. Overall, this is a practical choice for a quick overnight stay when you just need a good night’s sleep before continuing your trip.

“The room is too boring.”

The room is both cramped and ugly, there is no place to dry the staff's clothes, and they have called dozens of times but refuse to come up.

“Above average”

Poor service attitude, refrigerator not working and reported for repair but not fixed. Reminder to fill items, didn't replace paper with a new one. Hotel location is good, in the city center.

“Hotel near the beach, decent service.”

* Pros - The hotel is near the beach, about a 700m walk - The reception staff is very helpful and friendly - Affordable price for a fairly good and clean room - The hotel offers motorbike rentals, 200k for one day (also available for hourly rental) * Cons: - I rented 3 double rooms, however, one room's TV and electric kettle were not working - If you ride your own motorbike or rent one, you'll have to park outside the door, as there is no underground parking or a designated parking area.
