Sah Saray Cave Suites Halal Hotel

I had such an amazing experience staying in this treasury hotel. The staff here are awesome, they have been helping me book and look up balloons flights since I arrived, as the original booking was cancelled due to weather conditions. I think that is extra from me to ask, but they helped patiently and nicely. And I finally see the balloons on the day morning when I was flying back to China. Reception even brought me breakfast take away, and a gift for me, even though my departure day was so early, and I rented the vintage balloon chasing tour before departure, they polishing the car and put a warm carpet in the back seat, that is so grateful and made me feel like home. It turnedrned out every thing went so well and smooth. Last but not least, The room is just like what it presents from the web, it’s antique but shiny. I had whatever I need from the room good rest and delighted treats in the fridge. Thank you! And I will definitely miss here.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to, very unique especially that it's in Kappadokia, also the staff are super friendly and very welcoming and helping. Even the hotel manager goes around people and asks them about their stays. I've never seen a hotel that much caring about their guests, and the rooms are just perfect

Very pleasant hotel

Sah Saray Cave Suites Halal Hotel was surprisingly good. The breakfast was traditional Turkish, served in a traditional cave hotel dining room that wasn’t damp. There was also a Turkish bath, and all the amenities were very clean. The hotel staff were professional and polite, and the stay felt very comfortable.

Liked: A really nice hotel, not far from the center although it is a bit of hill to walk up. The rooms are very clean, and I loved the ambiance of the rooms and you have a turkish style hammam inside the room.

Disliked: The workers at the restaurant don’t speak English very well which a bit difficult to communicate with them. We had one incident where we ordered two plates and the waiter assumed we wanted one. Other downside is the rooms are a bit hot and you cannot keep the AC on because its attached to the room keys.

Liked: We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and had a lovely time. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was spacious, gorgeous hamam style bathroom and comfy with air con after a day out in the heat. Really nice balcony area, restaurant has great views too and loved the dedicated prayer space downstairs. Hotel restaurant food was amazing too, we had breakfast lunch and dinner on different days. Location central, only a few minutes walk from Goreme town but most tours pick you up from your hotel anyway so not an issue.

Disliked: Nothing! Would stay again

Liked: Everything was simply amazing. The room was stunning, the staff was beyond kind and the restaurant offered amazing food. Everything and everyone was there to make sure our stay was absolutely unforgettable.

Disliked: It was a little difficult to get the right temperature in the room, at night it got really hot really easily.

Liked: The room was great. The staff were amazing. And we could walk everywhere we wanted to
