“Great Value!”
Although the hotel lacks some basics such as phone, TV, and elevators, it is a great value. If you want an inexpensive, clean, safe, great location and no thrill type of hotel in Ha Tien, this is the one! The staff is amazing and very friendly. I would recommend this to others.

“The kind staff checked us in at 10 AM and allowed us to check out the next day at 3 PM without any extra charge. They were so kind, but the facilities were outdated and it was only worth the money.”
Please check in at 10 AM and check out the next day at 3 PM without any extra charge. I really want to visit again because of the very kind person. The downside is that there is no breakfast.

“The room is spacious, clean, and in a very convenient location.”
The room is spacious, clean, with a comfortable atmosphere and basic amenities. The staff is very enthusiastic, friendly, and provides good support to guests. The hotel is located right in the center of Ha Tien, in a very convenient position. It's easy to walk to Ha Tien market, restaurants, cafes, and many points of interest in the central area. If you need to go to Phu Quoc, it's also convenient to reach the ferry and boat terminals. One thing I really like is that there is a cafe right in front of the hotel, so you can go down for a drink in the morning without having to go far. The hotel has 2 floors but no elevator, which is something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with elderly people. However, the staff helps carry luggage upstairs, so I don’t find it too inconvenient.

“Acceptable”
This hotel does not have an escalator, the room at the ground level has no window, we booked and paid for 3 nights but had to leave after 2 nights.

“Good place to stay in Ha Tien”
Liked: good location - in the center of the town, very large room, friendly stuff, spacious shower

“Exceptional”
The hotel is convenient. The staff is enthusiastic in assisting guests with room changes as requested. If I go to Ha Tien, this is my top choice.
