Liked: I was here for a concert so I'm glad I was within walking distance from my hotel to the event
Disliked: After several hours of standing, cheering, dancing, and sweating all i really wanted was to enjoy a shower and rest on the comfy bed; however, when I was moving the pillows around I noticed a bug and immediately squished it. Having been completely itched out of my skin I decided to check under the sheets and other pillows and found another bug (of the bed variety). Thankfully I was given another room; however, considering this happened so late at night and I was sore all over, I will admit I was a bit grouchy and upset to have experienced this situation. I was able to have everything cleaned and taken care of which was fantastic and truly thankful but this has raised my concerns going forth with other bookings to check the beds, pillows, and sheets before settling in.

“Very good”
Liked: I enjoyed this was in the "heart" of downtown and along the Riverwalk. It made it easy to navigate and explore the downtown area of San Antonio, Texas.
Disliked: We did not enjoy the noise quality and being able to hear our neighbors, there was a clicking sound from the AC, and things they could not control - outside traffic and revving up of the vehicles.
