“Great location for exploring Catania”

Liked: The apartment hotel is conveniently located in Catania’s charming historic old town, making it a great base for exploring the city. The apartment was reasonably clean and offered a practical, comfortable stay.
Disliked: Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Due to our delayed flight, we arrived after reception hours (23:30) and were asked to pay an additional fee: 20 euros, preferably in cash!!!, just to allow us to enter our room key. The outdated check-in process is particularly inconvenient for an apartment hotel. The receptionist was impatient and visibly irritated by a 15-minute delay, repeatedly complaining, “I AM TIRED,” and saying she had other things to do. After leaving our room, she even made unpleasant remarks loudly and bad worlds to guests in Italian. This attitude was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome. Hospitality and basic professionalism were clearly missing. Despite the good location, I would seriously reconsider booking here again.

“Excellent”
Ένα όμορφο κ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της Κατάνια, πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Μεγάλα δωμάτια κ άνετα αλλά κ πολύ άδεια,σίγουρα χρειάζεται βελτίωση στο αισθητικό κομμάτι κ χρώμα. Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε είχε μπαλκόνι με όμορφη θέα στο δρόμο. Το προσωπικό άψογο, χαμογελαστό κ ευδιάθετο Το ξενοδοχείο χρίζει βελτίωση ως προς το αισθητικό κομμάτι,κατά τα άλλα όλα υπέροχα

“While it was pleasant, it was a bit too basic”

Disliked: The room was clean but there was some mold in the bathroom. Not a lot of space for clothing.

“Perfect location, the room is ok (good value for money)”
Liked: First of all, the location is perfect, in the center of everything. The staff were nice and friendly. The room is ok, I think when you go there you pay for the location other than the room.
Disliked: There was mold on the wall over the bed and mold in the bathroom. The shower glass was leaking therefore there was water all over the bathroom. We had to pay extra 20€ to check in because we arrived at night (first time it ever happened to me)

“One of the best hotel during my Sicily trip”
Liked: The location couldn't be better. Nestled on a beautiful hill just off Via Etnea, the property offers a lovely setting while remaining in the very center of the city. Everything is within easy walking distance, including Piazza Duomo, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. I truly wish I had spent more time here. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome.

“Great value and location”
Liked: Amazing location, service and value.
Disliked: Would have given 10/10 if not for the wifi and the bathroom window that lets so much light through. Our room had almost no connection to any of their routers. Going to the toilet in the early morning means getting bathed in light, preventing me from falling back asleep - put in some blinds.
