Liked: Good location and valet staff were really nice

Disliked: There are parties/music playing in the lobby during evening hours and are very loud, can be heard clearly in the room.

Liked: I arrived one day early. My error on my booking. Staff helpful. Bit computer said its this much... was a rip off for one night when i was staying for 5 nights and need 1 extra. Felt upset you could not do same rate for that one extra night.

Disliked: Price for 1 night. My fault but you could have helped Computer said no... I work in Hotels in London I know you COULD Have done a deal...

Liked: stylish--good location

Disliked: -bed was a double---not a queen like i booked---they told me its a "european" queen size wjich is much smaller---extremely deceitful! -also only 1 night table so I had no bedside table for my phone--glasses--meds--etc. -also only outlet in the entire room was on the single nightstand--so I could not charge my phone overnight and had to sit on a chair pulled into the bathroom door to work on my computer. You've got to be kidding me! it was a totally inadequate room

Liked: Great experience - stylish hotel with great facilities in a good location. The fitness facilities are very good - great gym, courses available for guests. There are a small number of bikes available for free use. Calabra was very good, it is on the rooftop, so there is a kind-of view, more inland to the Hollywood Hills than to the beach, but it was quite cramped (small tables, close together, no room at the bar before the meal).

Disliked: Pre-arrival experience wasn't great and got me a bit concerned. They seem to have a call center and then very bad quality lines to the hotel that made it difficult to contact them before arrival. Both of the restaurants are good, but get very busy (Calabra in the evening, the other one for breakfast), staying in the hotel doesn't seem to make any difference.

Liked: The extra details - staff knew your name, turn down service. The great gym and roof top restaurant pool and bar

Disliked: Everything was perfect

Liked: Location, staff, cleanliness and overall vibe was great.

Disliked: The pool area is too congested. Did not feel comfortable at all. Poor design.

Liked: Amazing design and great location. Truly stunning hotel. The food and drink was very nice.

Disliked: Not for couples, the pool is a playground kids were shouting, it was us and another couple and nobody from the staff said anything. The other couple left and so did we after a few minutes. Family friendly hotels have to have some rules otherwise the couples staying at them cannot enjoy themselves. It’s ok for kids to be at the pool but not for kids to be shouting there uncontrollably.
