Santiago Leon

Liked: The bed was really comfortable The staff were amazing The bar had tasty food It was clean and bright The breakfast was great Lots of variety Best we have had in the Spanish region There was a bath which was nice and warm So it was an overall nice experience

Disliked: There was no kettle No kitchen to cook things No microwave The bar was expensive So it wasn’t an economical option We were unable to even make a cup of tea which was somewhat frustrating I think the addition of tea kettles and a microwave to each room or use of a shared kitchen would be a good idea

Liked: Totally overrated hotel

Disliked: Swimming pool closed Gym closed Bed uncomfortable Shower impossible to enter and leave safely Pillows poor Staff unhelpful Elderly visitors to the restaurant on the ground floor dragging their chairs rather than lift them so a cacophony of chair dragging from the first diner to when the last diner has left The cleaning staff bellowing down the corridor outside the room Guest singing and whistling at two o’clock in the morning in the corridor And so much more crud….

Liked: Clean, good value

Disliked: Difficult to find on app. Well out of town

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice reception area & our room was very spacious and clean. The outdoor pool area looked lovely although we did not get the chance to use it as this was just an overnight stay whilst travelling to Portugal. Easy & free parking right outside the hotel.

Disliked: Breakfast was not great. Eggs & bacon were overdone. The location is outside of Leon itself so you will need to take the bus or taxi if you want to visit the old town.

Liked: Good hotel and a great place to relax.

Disliked: It is a bit far from touristic places and the swimming pool is for adults only (and tall people only).

Recomendable.
