“Nice apartment with a central position in Venice!”
Liked: Situated directely at the Campo Santo Stefano. Perfect to visit San Marco, La Fenice, Rialto and Dorsoduro!
Disliked: We got only 1 set of keys which makes everything a little bit complicated for a group of five.

“Beautiful house in a great location”
Liked: The location is very central and close a vaporetto stop. The apartment is great for 3 couples or a large family. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the terrace multiple times and it is a highlight of the property. A true find in Venice.

“Overall a good place to stay”
Liked: Excellent location with many food choices within steps.
Disliked: Not sure what it was but each person within the party of 6 was bug bitten or possible reaction to detergent used in cleaning bed linens. Rashes occurred

“Lovely apartment in central location, close to excellent restaurants, shops, transport and tourist attractions.”
Liked: Very spacious and tidy apartment with lovely decor, comfortable beds, lovely spacious living area. Great location, easy stroll to S.Marco square, shops, great restaurants and easy access to water taxi.

“Wonderful Venetian apartment, nicely appointed. Amount of stairs is navigable for the young, not seniors.”
Liked: Beautifly restored Venetian apartment in a good central location. Presumably Murano glass chandeliers in each room. 3 bathrooms. Very unusual for building hundreds of years old. Each room had A/C, very welcome for the heatwave that never seemed to leave.
Disliked: 2nd floor apartment required navigating 3 flights of very steep stairs. Our group of 70 year olds struggled with luggage and there was no one around to assist. Horrible experience.

“Very cozy!”
Liked: The property has a lot of rooms and we could keep each one’s privacy even during the stay! All the rooms are clean and nice.
Disliked: The water in the bathtub was not hot enough so we gave up using it.

“Large apartment”
Liked: The apartment is large and has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. AC works great!
Disliked: There are 3 bathrooms, the middle one stank like a sewer and we kept the door closed the whole time. Communication with the host was a bit lacking, the property manager didn’t know the WiFi info, told me to reach out on booking, never got a response. Eventually got the info from the property manager, would have been nice to just had it printed in the apartment. The building is pretty dilapidated, but so is Venice so maybe that just comes with the territory.

“Excellent”
Liked: Property was recently redone for an older building. The building rooms were very nice. Great bathroom facilities. Location was good.
Disliked: Everything was nice no bad comments.
