“Underwhelming.”

Liked: The pool / pool area was very clean and it was very quiet.

Disliked: The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept in, hard as stone, no exaggeration. Beyond that, we felt pressured as soon as we arrived to spend more: pushes to buy breakfast and upgrade our room, without being told upfront that the upgrade cost extra. When we asked to see the upgraded room before agreeing, the owner (Flora) was visibly reluctant, which didn't inspire confidence. Add a location that's a fair walk from anything useful, and this wasn't the stay we expected for the prices.

Liked: Great location, within walking distance to Fira, cafes, restaurants, beautiful pool with sunbaking lounges under trees, delicious breakfast prepared by Flora each morning.
