“Dirty Bathroom”

“Exceptional”

stayed at this hotel during my trip to Coimbatore. I travelled overnight on 22.07.2026 and reached the hotel at around 7:30 AM on 23.07.2026. While making my booking, I had clearly mentioned that my expected check-in time was 7:00 AM. Initially, I was informed that the hotel's standard check-in and check-out time was 12:00 PM, which would have required me to wait for several hours after an overnight journey. After a long night of travel, it is very important for guests to freshen up before starting their work or business activities. I believe many travelers face the same situation, and hotels should consider offering more flexibility for early arrivals whenever rooms are available. I explained my situation to the hotel manager, and he kindly understood and allowed me to check in at 7:30 AM. I sincerely appreciate his understanding and support. I am sharing this feedback not because I had a bad experience, but in the hope that the hotel will review its early check-in policy to make things easier for future guests. Apart from this, the hotel service, cleanliness, staff behaviour, and hospitality were all very good. I had a pleasant stay and would confidently recommend this hotel to others. Thank you. – S. “Great location.. Average rooms”

If you are looking for a central location with reasonable price, then this is one of the places you can consider. Rooms are spacious and okay but maintenance of bathrooms are not as expected. Broken WC seat, salt/hard water stained taps and WC water gun. Low water pressure and shower head stained and not working.
