Great breakfast full spread of western, Asian, Japanese, etc. Very clean room n gd housekeeping. Friendly n helpful staffs. Location wise Central of Jakarta... few minutes walk to Sarinah Mall n HI bandaran train station. I grab everywhere n d traffic for me was manageable. For short distance to Grand Indo n Plaza Indo or Thamrin City I took d Bajaj or 3wheel transport but it can only fit 2 people. Overall, very satisfied with this hotel n would stay here again.

Liked: Location. Bed was comfortable.

Disliked: They only confirmed that the pool and gym were closed after the booking was made, when I tried to cancelled, they refused. A total scam. The hotel and room are quite old, they require a significant amount of maintenance. The hallway and the room had a strong smell of humidity. Breakfast was average quality, bad coffee. No expresso coffee machine. I asked for a cappuccino and the brought me a powder mixed with milk that was horrible.
