“Very good”
Liked: Great location in the centre of old Teramo. Breakfast was OK, but you do need to get down early on a weekend as the fresh bread goes quickly.
Disliked: There was a noisy group staying who had load conversations at 1am in the hotel corridors!

“Great place, good sleep, staff wanted to sleep so didn't give extra toilet paper”
Liked: I liked the bed, one of the staff was a bit rude the first day but the same staff was really nice the second day.
Disliked: We couldn't get extra toilet paper and we couldn't pay for water bottles with card

“Grand Sasso Hotel, a good place to stay in Teramo, Italia. Great location.”
Liked: The hotel is at an exceptional location, right at the centre of town, within walking distance of restaurants, and places of interest. The breakfast is good and had bread, pastries, coffee and tea, chocolate, some fruit and cereals, a few items needed to be restocked, but they didn´t, like cheese and ham for sandwiches. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The bathrooms have motion sensor lights, which was a little annoying because you really need to move to turn the lights back on! Also, the room we booked didn´t have closets and hangers for our clothes, which was very uncomfortable. IT has a safe deposit box, though.

“A comfortable stay with helpful staff and a convenient location”
Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the property, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. The room was comfortable and everything was well organized
Disliked: Nothing major, but the breakfast options were limited.

“Very good”
Liked: The location is top! Having a car park is also a plus in the center. The staff was kind, the room had a balcony with a very nice view.
Disliked: We stayed in a studio room (with kitchen) but many things were missing (glasses, a decent knife etc). When I requested them I could get but these basic things should be in the room as standard.
