Food was lower na average. Rooms were lovely. Location was not.
Only open for a short time, everything is new and modern style. Nice staff who looks after you. Would definely visit again.
Liked: the hotel is new so very clean and very well presented. it is located a little way out of town so won't be everyone's thing but that didn't bother us as we had a driver. The pool and garden area were lovely to sit out in.
Liked: Everything. Great room size and design. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Great place.
Disliked: Location is the only thing. It's not a walk into town.
Liked: Beautiful rooms, well run, nice pool
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Sathkara Resort. It is located just outside the busy town of Ella, right in front of beautiful tea fields that are lovely to see in the morning. The food was great, and the staff were very helpful both in person and on WhatsApp. The Wi-Fi and hot water worked perfectly, and the rooms and bathrooms were very big and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing in the green garden. We highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely come back again!
Liked: Beautiful view of tea plants and hill
Disliked: All good, the pool can be better maintained.
