Savoy Hotel Mactan Cebu near Newtown Beach

Thank you

Cool

The door men were very helpful and courteous.

Beddings are obviously recycled. It smells body odor and have few stains. We ask for replacement, happy to get for the quick action of housekeeping staff. During breakfast we had experienced discrimination in the application of the dress code. We do not intend to disobey the rules - thus we changes our attires before taking breakfast, as we notice the bulletin notice. But it is very obvious that there are those who were not following the dress codes, like wearing sleeveless dress with short pants-because she is with a foreigner. And there were others who were wearing sleeveless dusters. All of those were not called out by the staffs, just like what they did to me before I enter the dining hall. To note, I was wearing a casual dress dress without sleeves, but I did go back to our room to change- following the bulletin notice and the verbal call out. Clearly, this is discrimination. I feel discriminated and unprivileged because I am already a senior citizen and the other girls are with foreigners. I don't mind following the rules, but rules must apply to everyone.

Bed size is not appropriate for a family size. Presence of cockroach in the room and in the bathroom.

stayed there for a night, room is ok for the price but the AC is not working properly. It was so hot the entire stay. Hallways and elevators also dont have ACs

Not worth the price lahat may bayad.

They let us check is very late, without any apology. They just kept on telling us the room isn’t ready. We where able to check in the room almost 4pm. And we we arrived in the room it isn’t that clean. Reception is only accommodating on foreign visitors. Locals are not their priority sad but true… we paid almost 4k per night and stayed 2 nights. IT’S NOT WORTH IT.
